How much work is involved?

Short Answer: Very Little. (The only things you need to do are the things we can’t do.)

Long Answer: We make fundraising a snap! Tell us which product brochures you would like to use and what player incentives you would like to offer (if any) and we will create and assemble a custom seller’s packet for each player. Each packet is a 9X12 envelope containing the product brochures you have selected, plus a custom prize-and-information sheet and a yellow tally sheet. All important fundraiser information is included in the packet inserts. If Champion has a representative in your area, then we may be able to arrange to provide a motivational kickoff presentation. If we don’t have a representative in your area, we’ll provide a presentation outline that you can follow.

Players take orders on the order-taker forms located on the reverse side of each of the color product brochures and, when they are finished taking orders, they will transfer their totals to the provided yellow tally sheet. Players will keep the brochure order-takers at home, but they’ll turn in the tally sheets and the money they have collected to the fundraising chairperson of your organization. At this point, the only thing the fundraising chairperson must do is deposit the money collected from the players into the organization’s bank account and then send the originals of the tally sheets to Champion in a provided pre-paid FedEx envelope along with a check for Champion’s share of the money collected. You’ll keep your profit in your organization’s bank account. Champion will deliver to your location at a pre-set date and time. Sorted orders and prizes are delivered labeled by player, team and division, and a complete and detailed computerized summary of your fundraiser is provided. If the fundraising chairperson is new to conducting a major fundraising campaign then he/she will be glad to know that we will provide step-by-step instructions along with a number of tips. In addition, we will provide a telephone number through which you can contact a live Champion representative from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, on any day. We can assure you that this will be the easiest and most profitable gourmet food fundraiser you will ever do!
